Yesim & Hasan

This shoot came about from a conversation we had with Yesim. After viewing a few post-wedding shoots we had previous done she asked me “if there was only one place you could shoot, where would that be?” Without thinking I answered “Iceland”. She thought about it for a moment and said “ok, let’s go there.” The shoot took 3 months to plan as Iceland is a wild landscape. I wanted to capture it’s immense beauty. The locations I picked where ones I felt would look epic on camera but also allow me to show the close connection the couple have for one another.

The shoot was spread over 2 days. Most of which was spent driving from location to location. But I think it was well worth the 48 hours of no sleep. The couple and location made this one of our favourite shoots of all time.
